Short summary
As the global automotive industry continues to grow rapidly, the increasing number of passenger vehicles has contributed to worsening air pollution. This study develops an hourly-resolution emission inventory based on multi-source big data to achieve precise control of air pollution. The results showed that passenger vehicle emissions exhibit significant day-to-day variations and traditional calculation methods underestimated emissions by 31.5%.
