Short summary
This study developed a portable measurement system based on cavity-enhanced absorption spectroscopy, enabling highly sensitive online monitoring of total peroxy radicals in the atmosphere. The system is compact and was successfully deployed in a field campaign in Zhuhai during autumn. The results indicate that daytime ozone enhancement in this region was primarily driven by local photochemical production, while regional transport mainly played an export role.
