I have received the review report from one referee. After reading through your manuscript, I think that there are still some minor/technical issues, which are needed to be addressed. Below are specific issues.

P14, L3-8: Please use better expression than the “table 2” region. Besides the formula (1), maybe other formulas can also be presented so that the discussions can be understood easily. It is a little bit difficult for me to understand your arguments here. Are you talking about the result shown in Table 2 or Table 3? With respect to what parameter (TOA, ATM, or SFC for IE or CE?) do you mean by “overrides”? How can feedbacks override their original forcing? Maybe what “feedbacks” you mean should be stated here clearly. For Line 6-7, it is not clear for me to see if “any resulting feedbacks” are included in “the total indirect effect” or not.

P40, Fig. 8: Please add variable name and unit into the Y-axis (also for Figs. 4, 9 and 11). Below 900 mb, the temperature difference is about -0.3 K. Such high negative value is not expected by the low absolute values of SW and LW and high positive heating rate of Moist at the same altitude. Are there any other factors influencing the temperature difference?

P3, L26-27: This sentence seems to have a grammar issue. Either “If” or “i.e.,” should be deleted.
P9, L4: It should be “give”, instead of “gives”.
P10, L27-P11, L1: Can this sentence be shorten, or be separated into two sentences?
P21, L18: “Huffman …” should begin on a new line.
