The authors have fully addressed all reviewers' comments and further improved a clearly and concisely described study in the revised manuscript. They are to be congratulated on a well-conceived and executed analysis and the comparison of the applied techniques for evaluation of the impacts of cloud processing on particle hygroscopicity should make a valuable contribution to the literature. I apologise for taking my time over making this decision - I wanted to fully understand the manuscript and the methodology employed before making my recommendation.
