your revised manuscript has been rated by two referees as 'excellent' (scientific significance) and 'good' (scientific quality), but both referees have still comments which require minor (Ref 1) and major (Ref 3) changes. I agree with referee 3 that the way how the paper is presented appears unbalanced. (1) From the title and abstract, the reader expects the presentation of measurements of biogenic VOC fluxes, namely of isoprene, MVK+MACR, methanol, monoterpenes, and MBO (abstract, line 20-21), but in fact the paper deals with fluxes of isoprene, only. No flux data are presented for other species. (2) The paper has a strong technical character and provides convincing arguments for a new, powerful approach to determine regional VOC fluxes, but for a paper submitted to ACP rather than AMT, relatively few results on measured data are presented. Before the paper can be published in ACP, further modifications are needed which take into account the comments of both referees. Please include a letter with your response when you submit a newly revised version.

Technical corrections.
(1) The color coding of the flight tracks in Fig.1 should be improved. RF6, for example, is hard to see.
(2) The trace for the quantity w in Fig.2b cannot be seen. I recommend to plot the trace separately, perhaps vertically displaced below isoprene.
(3) Please explain the meaning of the rows of open circles in Fig.6.
(4) Please explain the meaning of the white dots along the flight tracks in Fig. 7. Do they denote missing data?
